Our executive chef Tim started culinary school in 1984 at the age of 18. He specializes in bakery, dim sum, and chinese cuisine. Tim has been a leader in many top restaurants in the Bay Area and Arizona as head chef. Today he continues to bring innovative dishes to the community of Oakland at Big Dish.
